The welding machine DELTA S TVR is a new concept of a fully automatic working cell.
By means of different tooling, the welding machine can be used for similar products, even having different dimensions, being the welding head resettable on 3D’s.
Standard productivity is 1 piece every 2.5 seconds with practically no mark on the plate face side.
The model shown in the picture, being produced for South America, is equipped with special control that allows a remote diagnostic.
This family of machines is designed for high autonomy, so that an operator can assure simultaneous supervision of a group of machines.

The welding machine DELTA S TVR is a new concept of a fully automatic working cell.
This machine belongs to the TVR family and it is equipped with an indexing rotating table with some stations, normally 6, that could be more or less, according to the number of components to be welded or assembled. The machine shown in the enclosed picture, is a projection welding machine for 3 components, and therefore with 3 magazines, to produce door locks. The magazines are: nr. 2 working by vibrator bowls with relevant loading pick-and-place plus nr. 1 vertical magazine with an extractor. By these three magazines the pieces are loaded on 3 stations of the machine, as the other three stations are used nr. 1 for checking, nr. 2 for welding and nr. 3 for unloading having a special device to separate the goods pieces from the rejected pieces. By means of different tooling, the welding machine can be used for similar products, even having different dimensions, being the welding head resettable on 3D’s.
The machine can be equipped with a standard single phase transformer, in the range of 150 kVA, but also with Medium Frequency inverter (1000 Hz).
